These Terms of Service apply to all purchases made through AmbroseEggs.co.uk. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
2. Products
We supply fresh free-range chicken, duck and quail eggs. As eggs are a natural product, size, colour and appearance may vary.
3. Orders
All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if a product is unavailable or an error has occurred with pricing or product information.
4. Pricing
All prices are shown in Pounds Sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before payment.
5. Payment
Payment is taken securely at the time your order is placed.
6. Delivery
We carefully pack all orders to minimise the risk of damage during transit. Delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
Please inspect your order on arrival. If your eggs arrive damaged, contact us within 24 hours with photographs of the packaging and damaged eggs.
7. Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns.
Refunds or replacements are only offered where products arrive damaged or faulty, subject to our Returns & Refund Policy.
8. Product Quality
Our eggs are produced to high welfare and food safety standards. Eggs should be refrigerated upon arrival and consumed before the best before date.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ambrose Eggs shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website.

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and is used only to process orders, provide customer service and meet our legal obligations.
